Teton Laramie Experience - 36' Fifth Wheel
I am selling my 5th Wheel. I am asking $45,000 OBO. I realize that is on the high side but between the solar and all of the upgrades and the fact that the model is so well built I do not think it's totally unreasonable.

Why did I do so many repairs if I'm not keeping it? Well, I was planning on keeping it. It was supposed to be my home. I got an inspection and they missed pretty much everything and I was living in it discovering these issues. So I did the repairs as an investment into my home.
Why am I selling it? I got sick. My health went absolutely bonkers and I was not able to handle the extra little things living in an RV requires. I also couldn't do even the most basic maintenance myself and I couldn't afford to pay anyone to do it after all of the repairs. I was also unable to finish the projects I had started. I wanted to pull the wallpaper off and paint and add curtains. I removed most of the valances.
The Teton was in Arizona before this. I am the 3rd owner. I have many receipts from the previous owners.
Please note that once it begins to rain in earnest it may not be possible to move the RV because the surrounding field will be too soft for that much weight.
